One of our founder members has designed and developed our first fully functional KUKA 6 Axis articulating arm robot and bespoke part loading system. From taking a raw billet and using advanced machinery methods and the unique loading, the KUKA robot can load raw billets and unload completed machined components 24 hours per day, allowing lights out machining to maximise productivity to meet increasing customer supply demands.

Now with 2 fully functional robots running 24 hours per day maximising capacity with more automation plans in the pipe line.
