A well-established Hydraulic Manifold Manufacturer. All of the manifolds we manufacture at CD Engineering are machined specifically to customer drawings, which may include Mild Steel, Cast Iron, Stainless Steel and Aluminium materials. In addition, we can achieve many different surface treatments to suit the environment of the manifold. Backed by modern software and our highly skilled engineers and quality team, we have the capability to produce and supply high end products with the supporting data.
One of our founder members has designed and developed our first fully functional KUKA 6 Axis articulating arm robot and bespoke part loading system. From taking a raw billet and using advanced machinery methods and the unique loading, the KUKA robot can load raw billets and unload completed machined components 24 hours per day, allowing lights out machining to maximise productivity to meet increasing customer supply demands.
